Doughty shouldn't have been there. I know Friedman and stuff talk him up but he's been out of his prime for a few years now. A top Canadian dman this day and age? Not a chance. Weegar should've been given the reins.

I don't think so. He played 77 games last season which was the most he's played. He only played 60 in 22-23 though so maybe that's what you're thinking of. And that is the year after their cup so the timing matches up.
