Yes, and to this day I still assert that the damage to the Dome's roof was caused that night.
You could probably hear the crowd in the Dome from blocks away....

There is no board.

Yup, I remember that vividly. Conroy had so much jump in his game, he easily could have had 4-5 goals that night.
For a fun read, here's the gamethread from that night!

Did a man showing his emotions make you feel uncomfortable and bother you enough you needed to write about it?
I would love it if Pelletier one day finds himself playing for the Flames again and take his not wanting to leave as a compliment to the health of the Flames dressing room.
|
Yes, it did, because he is a man who is afraid of experiencing his own uncomfortable emotions.

I'd wager that it is a very strong possibility.
Did you lose a bet or what?

I plan on getting this re-numbered the moment you're out of the room....

I've even worn it to a couple of games.
I also have personalised, autographed Chris Stewart, and this year Krahner!
I have a rather unique collection...
Knocked out Maloney a couple of years ago, so got to put anyone I wanted on it...chose Huby.

Should have asked for a Don Maloney Whalers jersey.

David Moss was good player, considering he was a 7th rounder who had his career impacted by significant injuries. Plus he won the Flames' Scurfiueld award for his community work. And he married up.

I'm really excited to see what an unshackled Frost will be. If the buy in from the roster rubs off on this guy I think he's going to go on a tear. 2 games in and he looks like a good #2 center already.

Obviously he is not going to be nearly as dominant, but I see a bit of Jack Hughes in his playstyle. Great with his stick, seems to slow the play down and bait defenders into opening up passing lanes

I'm super happy with a good #2 c. That's what the doctor ordered.

Yeah, Moss was a big success story IMO.
