pretty ugly return for Vancouver, given their situation. The 1st doesn't help them right now and Chytil is not going to move the needle all that much.

Miller must have only wanted to go there, what a horrid trade for the Canucks

Is there so much talent though? They have an old roster on the downside of their careers. Zibanejad, Kreider, Trochek, and Smith are all showing signs of slowing down. If Panarin slows down at all the teams offensive will be lead by Lafreniere who has really failed to take the next step forward so far. This trade makes them that much older and their window is closing really fast... although who can tell with the cap going up.

Vancouver was never going to win a trade regardless of if was J.T. or Elias. Not that I'm sad about it!

With Miller gone, Conor Garland is now tied for 1st in points among forwards on the Vancouver Canucks.

The anticipated poor return albeit with a protected 1st. Call it a win Vancouver

Mancini looks like a solid defensive defenseman who skates well and has a decent first pass. Grushnikov without the hitting.

Miller didn't seem to have much value other than addition through subtraction.
