Interesting deal, because both teams are doing soft rebuilds. The differences is the Flyers are up against the cap, while the Flames have loads of room.
Conroy leveraging cap space to engineer a steal for the Flames.

That’s pretty damn good for Conroy. That’s a 2nd and spare parts for two useful players.
I take back my earlier comment. You make that trade now because you’re scared the other guy changes his mind if you wait another second. You could easily recover that 2nd round pick plus more.
