Flames don't really need his cap hit to stay above the floor according to puckpedia. They'd be 132k ish over the floor if they moved him for a pick.

I'm assuming, if he is on the move, something with meat is coming back. They have 46m in prorated cap space to work with. (Puckpedia)

Some posters question Conroy's management skills because he didn't dump Andersson for the first incoming offer, as part of a deliberate effort to make the team worse.
