Coronato, in his 21-22 year old season (current season) is on pace for 20 goals and 23 assists.

They are not comparable, Coronato is wayyyy better
Coronato's game reminds me a lot of Jason Robertson, even though he's not as big. The way they shoot and how quickly they get the puck off their stick is similar and they fire the puck off the rush quite a bit or find an open area on the ice for a deadly catch and release wrister.

I don't think it's too bold to say that Coronato will score 35-40 one year the way he shoots and sees the ice, just needs to be paired with the right players.

Is this a typo? Owen Power is a Buffalo Saber.

I read it as they may be listening to offers on Power

Power or Clarke lead package for Pettersson?

If Buffalo is going to get a prime young asset like Owen Power, they're going to have to give up something really good in return. Like Owen Power. I'd do that one for one.

The beautiful thing about making trades with yourself is that you never lose.

I mean, unless you try to get too clever. Then you might end up with six fingers on one hand and four on the other, which would make buying gloves a real hassle.

Is that like buying out Michael Stone to sign Michael Stone?

The Flames actually saved money by doing that.

Well, didn't it? The Flames kept the player, saved money on the remainder of his contract, had him on the team until he retired, and now have him on staff. Which part of that are you objecting to?

Small tidbit: 4 Canadian teams (Toronto, Calgary, Edmonton and Winnipeg) have all had at least some discussion about Kunin. Interest levels vary but thought I'd pass along what I heard.
