Have to wonder if rhe Ravens were a better matchup for the Chiefs.
That never really felt like the Chiefs were really worried

Bills didn’t look their best on that last drive. What a chance to win the game and they couldn’t get it done.

This Chiefs team feels like the late-dynasty era Patriots. They don’t have a great roster, they just out-coach their opponents in every big game.

One thing that's interesting is that in both this game and the Ravens game the Bills/Ravens made decisions to go for two on two occasions and failed both.
In the end of both of these games those failures came back to really hurt them.

That was a heavyweight fight. Kincaid had to catch that. Unbelievable how close the Bills come in these games, but can't get that one extra play to come out on top.

If you're a Bills fan I think you question how little they gave the ball to Cook.
Only 13 carries and averaged 6.5 per carry, feel like some of those big 3rd and 4th downs would have been better off going to Cook.
Scored one of the best second effort TDs I've ever seen too.
Edit: Looking at the drives where the Bills didn't get points today and they were all drives where they didn't use Cook.
Opening Drive: 3 and out with an Allen run and 2 passes
2nd Quarter at 14-10 KC - 3 and out on 3 straight passes with Allen, 21-10 on the next drive.
4th Quarter 22-21: Stuffed on 4th and 1 when they tried to go to Allen for the rush push.
4th Quarter 32-29: Cook didn't touch the ball, 4 straight passing plays by Allen led to turnover on downs.
Especially on that last drive...Cook had been dominating the Chiefs all game, even in the passing game on the drive that made it 29-29, and it kind of felt like the Bills panicked and didn't play their game when it was 32-29.

Rematch of SBLVII
I'm thinking it goes similar to that game.

I mean the last Super Bowl between these two was an instant classic, sullied by the call at the end, right or not. Let's hope it's a heavyweight match like this game was.

The big thing for this game is it might be impossible to stop Saquon.
Chiefs had a pretty hard time with Cook today, and Saquon is a level above that.

I just can't stand Kelce- just a big obnoxious goof. And the way he threw his head back in the scrum after the Chiefs touchdown after he got in some Bills player's face- oilers level embellishment.

The Chiefs have arguably the best offensive coordinator in the history of the NFL, IMO the best current defensive coordinator in the NFL, and a first ballot HOF QB that may finish his career in consideration amongst best ever. Every team they face is inferior at those key positions which makes them incredibly hard to beat.
As for the Bills, the game was there for the taking but that 4th and short failure was the difference. When you have a QB as big as Allen, you just have to convert on a critical 4th and 1. Championship teams make that conversion and they just aren't a championship team.

To me it wasn't even the 4th and 1 because that could have went either way and the end result of that still ended up being a 29-29 game.
Allen had the moment he wanted 3 minutes left, 32-29, a touchdown probably wins the game.
IMO his body language looked a bit nervous on that drive, and even when they showed him in the huddle he didn't look as confident as he did all game before that.
And I don't think it was just Allen either, think the coaches too because they had lots of time and all their timeouts, and it felt like the were rushing to need to score there instead of just taking what the defense was giving them.

The Bills a top 5 O line this year though and the Eagles don't - https://www.profootballnetwork.com/b...-nfl-rankings/
I think that probably evens it out a bit.
The main thing is the Chiefs just seem to have some ridiculous black magic voodoo (if you want to be cynical and say "yes, it's called refball" be my guest). I mean, 5 fumbles in the game, none of them without some drama, all recovered by the Bills and they still lost. How?

100% this. You dream of having the ball last in that situation.
