Well I cant speak for Captain Crunch, but I think Craig Conroy will hold the fort as it is. Things are looking good and we have assets.

Add Zary at the deadline (hopefully) and call it done. My opinion, stay focused on the long term. Any playoff action they may get this year is gravy.

I suspect Conroy will add a depth player or two who are on expensive contracts, along with potentially a later draft pick. Win-win. Utilize our cap space to help a real contender target a trade deadline acquisition, while gaining immediate depth and hopefully future capital.
Most common scenario would be acting as a third team brokering between two others.
