Not true. In my county, the county supports the town.

Dach is intersteing but is there really that much more there? He's already 24 and in his 6th nhl season.
Hes also not really any center at the NHL level. Hes been terrible in the dot.
Hes in the same category as newhook and krebs for me.
If the price is right I guess

Dach seems to be doing much better these days, strange time for the Habs to move him.

Yeah. They are on a good run so I doubt they would want to move him right now. Buffalo would make more sense as they are not in that group that’s fighting for a playoff spot in the east. Cozens is not making much of a difference for them at this point.

Only other potentially available positional player of need on MTL is Jake Evans.

No. Not especially. Has some pretty bad takes on the Flames and rants a lot.

I heard, although I don't remember where, that they are confident they can sign Evans.

Our first assumption is it’s the flames acquiring a player from Montreal. Any chance it’s a trade that works the other way? Montreal is in the thick of the race to make the playoffs. Who in the flames would they covet and pay a premium for?

Pretty sure Big Flames Guy is a high school kid. I would be surprised if he had any real connections.

Trade the Flames conditional pick back for something. Right the wrong!

That would be hilarious and fantastic. The only players that would return something like that are Andersson or Kadri (assuming Weegar, Coronato, Zary, Wolf and Parekh are untouchables).

That's pretty typical, especially anywhere Red Deer and North.
