Does anyone know what that set of two single doors is on the plus 15 that connects bankers hall and the core?

It’s like a little 4x6 room connected by two single doors right on the edge of the plus 15. I don’t think it goes anywhere.

A little past gems by carati around the corner from the coffee place.

I wish I had a picture of It.

No. They dont. And I wouldnt keep asking about them if I were you.

Those doors aren't there. They don't exist. That is The Way.

Absolutely, the entire extended family now direct ships their gifts now so I get to wrap zillions of them myself!! Sigh, but the size of the cardboard wrapping tubes is awesome for doing lines.

You can see one of the doors at 1:50 then again at 2:12 in that video.

But now that I see the video I think I know what it is. It appears there are shutters that can be used to close the plus 15 blocking off bankers hall.

I think the two doors and little room are so security or cleaners etc can bypass the shutters if they’re closed.

I’m not sure why there needs to be two doors and a tiny little room tho.

I had never listened any radiohead albums back in teh day as I found them too depressing and slow for my younger, punk rock tastes. Today a song off the bends came up on spotify and I loved it, so I decided to do three albums back to front.

The bends - 6 great songs, nice flow to the album, loved it

In rainbows - Not really a hit to be had, but really loved the fun, catchy nature of the songs. Really enjoyed it and will listen to it a bunch now.

Ok Computer - This album actually has two of my favourite Radiohead hits on it. But the rest? Pretty blah. Weird ideas that didn't really land for me.

I noticed they had more albums than I thought. Any recommendations for which to try next?

IIRC they were there to access bankers on the weekend when it was closed but the mall was open. Based on the hours of the buildings now I think they are moot.

Man, any of them? Kid A impression Moon Shaped Pool is what I’d do next but I don’t think you’re going to go wrong just working through the catalogue.

Also highly recommend Yorke’s solo stuff and side projects. Specifically the album ANIMA and the band Atoms for Peace.

Sweet, thanks. Yeah, I'll work my way through. Already feeling like I missed out when I was younger, skipping over Radiohead.

Its funny, I love Asian food, primarily Chinese, but Viet and Thai as well, they make excellent soups. But when our kids moved out my wife and I cant order their food without ending up eating leftovers for a week.

Their portion sizes are like they're designed for an Asian wedding or something, completely impossible for 2 people and I hate wasting food.

"Dinner for 2" will feed like 6 humans. Its madness.

"I'd like some fried rice please. No, I dont intend to feed the entire Southeastern Asian Peninsula, they can keep some of it for their own purposes."

This is 1 order of salt & pepper seafood? Are you serious? What...did you scrape the entire South China sea for this? Am I putting some fisherman's kids through College? What is going on here? No reasonable pair of humans could eat all of this!

Same with going to Dim Sum, I love it. the food is delicious. But when you only order 3 dishes they start looking at you like they're suspicious.

Only 3 dishes?

I cant order more...you're going to have to roll me out of here to a Hospital after this as it is, I cant have more!

My wife used to work with a Chinese man and on weekends he would invite us along with his elderly father to Dim Sum, again, which I love.

"This is the real Dim Sum!"

But the looks we got when we stopped at 3 or 4 dishes? It was like we had 3 heads.

How can you eat all of this? This is so much food!

These guys were like 110 pounds a piece and they'd just pack it away. I have no idea how they could eat that much.

Whereas me? I'm just thinking: "Just take me into the park and roll me into the river...I've had a good run. If I die on dumplings then I die on dumplings...etch it onto my tombstone."

"Here lies Locke. He loved Dumplings. They did not love him back. Thems the breaks."

You know when you watch TV shows and someone puts a gun in someone else's mouth, usually to extract information?

But prior to that they've been stowing this gun in their ass crack?

Thats the real crime here. The unsanitary conditions of that gun barrel. Thats how people get dysentery.

You never see the criminal or gun-owner cleaning their ass sweat off the gun. They just tuck it between their cheeks, usually upon the advent of needing to escape so running might be involved.

Just...we deserve a better class of criminal.

I did not. I just assumed it was Aussie for something.
