Blues did a good job preventing Flames from really getting their game going. Chippy, ugly game.

Some teams just have your number. Flames are 2-12 since 2020 vs the Blues.

Not a bad effort. Close one. Kind of a schedule loss.
Feels like the playoff race will come down to the last couple games.

The Blues seem to have our number. Can't remember when we beat em last.

Flames probably deserved a better fate. Gritty effort, but no bounces

Back to back, was expecting a tough one, so kudos to the Flames for being about 15 minutes away from getting at least a point. Vladar kept the Flames in it. Get some rest and get back to Flames hockey on Thursday.

VLadar was good but he still put us behind the 8 ball one minute in with some rough rebounds. Lookin forward to Wolf on Thursday.

In case you've forgotten, Wolf gave up a goal on his first shot against last night.

Tired team.

At least we didn't lose as bad as Toronto and Vancouver did.

*sigh* No. The first goal wasn’t scored on a rebound. Hanley batted the puck to Parayko

There were two previous shots where he let out big rebounds causing chaos for the good shot.

So you’re fine with Hanley blindly batting the puck to Parayko

Lol

Wolf in the net doesn’t change that game. The forwards were bad

We'll get them next time when we're rested and Wolf is in net.

100%. You could tell that we're still playing good hockey like they have been, just a slight step behind with their legs. I'm okay with that. Vladar was fantastic overall as well.

Pretty good effort for a Scheduled loss.

Still annoys me that NHL makes the Flames play back to back with travel against a rested Blues team.

When they could have played Wednesday and Thursday and both teams would have been on the back to back without Travel.

Advantage Blues for no reason.

No, I just knew they were going to score..
anyways I’m glad Vladar padded his stats. I just have no confidence in him.

Kudos to Vladar on an excellent performance. He played well enough to win, well above his season and career average.

I didn’t catch the whole game, but it seemed like the Flames were playing hard and just didn’t have their A game because of the B2B.
