Tomlin is a great coach . But I think his time has run its course , and he’s probably keeping them better then they are
He would be a good coach for Oakland

Yeah no way Tomlin is gone.Rooneys seem to think they are the standard bearer for the NFL on the way that organizations should be run.

Tomlin seems like a great leader and players coach but there have been many of those they have still got fired.

After x number of years having the same coach, the message starts to become stale no matter how much of a dyanmic leader you are. He'd be hired within 5 mins of getting let go, but it's not going to happen.

Steelers could probably get a second round pick, maybe even a first, if they wanted to trade Tomlin. Dumpster fire organisations like the Giants and Jets could desperately use their floor being elevated.

The thing is that the roster isn't that great and they make the playoffs every season despite that so they never get top 10 picks. They need to be creative in finding a better QB as this is probably as far as Wilson is going to take them. If they ever moved in from Tomlinson, Steelers fans would have to get used to missing the playoffs annually and there's no guarantee they don't go into a long tailspin if the replacement coaches don't turn out. Finding a really good coach is almost as hard as finding a franchise QB.

If they're keeping Tomlin, they need to bring in an analytics guy and demand Tomlin defer to him during crucial in-game decisions, challenges, etc. He's absolutely ass at those. Just way too conservative for the modern game.

The only thing Russ does above average, and to be fair he's still elite at it, is throw it deep. So why not just max protect every play, two man deep routes, and pray like hell?

If there is one thing that Steelers seem to be capable of doing it is finding the right coach. I don't know how they do it but they have a strong track record of it.

I think both Fields and Wilson are likely gone after this season although maybe Wilson can stick around as a backup. Pickens is likely out as well.

So means Chiefs get an easy one next week, and Bills/Ravens will be all out war. Nothing shocking here.

Ugly ?

The most athletic and all round QB in NFL history and one of the greatest RBs in history rushing for 300 yards when their number one receiver is out is ugly?

475 yards of offence .

Regular season 2nd most yards per play in NFL history

Ravens football is exponentially better then Bills Football who they will (most likely ) play next week

The Ravens have been called a lot of things- but you might be the first to call them “ugly” in the last 5 years
