Not opening/closing news specific to Calgary at this point but MEC is being sold and the deal should close over the next 3 weeks or so.

That might be alright. Silverado has already been on the losing end of the Shawarma, Pizza, and sandwich store lotteries so far so maybe Churches would be okay.

I hate Silverado. My sister lives there.
Its just an endless cycle of poor construction, indecipherable traffic and self-loathing.
Its a miserable, miserable place. I'd rather live in Camelot.

Sherriff King is open. They just had to upgrade the sanitary trunk underneath it.
The Radio Tower wetlands are why we had to pay a water preservation levy when we built in Silverado 15 years ago.

Oh? "Sanitary Trunk" to the "Wetlands" uh huh. Is that what they're calling it? Its a swamp of #### and we all know it. 
And I dont know who this Sheriff King dude is or why he merits his own (albeit 3rd-rate) road.

The shawarma is still ok. Previous owner was better, but we still go there after picking up groceries.

We found it was expensive and slow. We get our Shawarma from Shawarma Palace in Walden. Great place.
