No, we just smile and nod and let him continuously rail against things that make his life better.

Not to say that I think it's a good idea to even engage with the crap this guy spews. But I think we are approaching this wrong, If Canada is going to to joist the states it's not 51, it's 51-63. We want 26 senate seats, that's right even give 2 to Nunavut. Those are our terms.

Canada is a colossal monolith way up there, splaying across the map sheet. I propose someone show him this, and maybe he'll lose interest in us and Greenland.

Encourage a system where one man has 415.8B (more than the lower half of the population COMBINED) while children die because their parents can't afford medical bills

If the US is truly planning on annexing canada I doubt they are taking all of it. They are probably going to part it out. Taking the west only for its resources.

Not 100% sure what his strategic interest is in greenland anyway. What are you inheriting by absorbing it?
Reindeer maybe? Or frozen fish filets.

Let's unpack the lies here
1. Elon Musk doesn't have 415.8B. Please educate yourself on what wealth means, its not cash.
2. Children do not die in the US because their parents can't pay medical bills.
Educate yourself

By law, under the Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act (EMTALA), hospitals are required to provide emergency care to anyone regardless of their ability to pay. This means that life-saving care is generally provided, even if the family cannot afford it.

That goes for billionaires in blue hats too I'm not about team sports in politics if you haven't noticed.
Thanks republicans!?
Gun deaths are the LEADING cause of death for Americans under the age of 18
Thanks Republicans
Maybe educate yourself instead of cheerleading everyone wearing a red hat like its a sports team

There are apparently a lot of valuable minerals there, but they aren't easily accessible at the moment. One day Greenland may become valuable. The fisheries are also really good around Greenland.
I used to work with some guys that caught on with a company that does exploratory drilling in Greenland. There's a lot of investment and staking going there.

Alberta and Saskatchewan give them oil, wheat, potash, uranium, and a reasonably reliable republican vote, worst-case a red-leaning swing state. And both have premiers who would go for it. That’s the end game IMO.
