Hoping for the best but preparing to watch them get their heads caved in.
2 wins in 12 games in Vegas all time, shut out 4 times and out scored 47-25.
Its a house of horrors.
Then there is the fact Vladar is starting....and....yeah.
Go Flames Go though!!

Vladar + T-Mobile Arena = probable loss.

Taking a while to get to 5000

Yeah, looks like a scheduled loss. Hoping for the best though!
Huska in a tough spot. Could use some fresh legs but his choices are, well, limited. I expect the same lineup except for Vladar.

It's been said a lot this year, but a win tonight and the Flames might juntil be a playoff team

Yeah this is bad scheduling by the NHL IMO.
A back to back with a 7:00 local start in San Jose to a 5:00 local start in Vegas.
Will be a surprise if they win tonight because this has schedule loss written all over it

I dunno, feels like this team is really enjoying itself and playing for each other, I wouldn’t be shocked if they give Vegas a solid challenge tonight. Everyone had a good long break before the back to back and I think they’ll remember laying an egg in Vegas earlier in the season so they’ll have some added motivation. I like the flames play this December, they definitely are playing like a team that wants to make the playoffs, the jury is still out on that but if they play a great road game here and get the W things will start to get interesting.

Interested to see what happens in this one. I think the game in Vegas was the Flames worst game this year. Vegas pounded them. I don’t think that will happen again. We’ll see if they can beat them though.

Everything says guaranteed loss night, so I expect they'll come away with the W throw themselves back into the playoff picture!

They'd never be so careless if it were the oilers.

On the plus side with respect to the scheduling, if you're going to have a back-to-back on the road, with less than 24 hours in between, you want it to be after a break when the team is fully rested and feeling less banged up.
After a long break, and to start the season, teams like playing a lot, it gets them going.
It's the back-to-backs at the tail end of 7 games in 12 nights, at the end of a long road trip with lots of travel - those are the back-to-backs that kill.

That would be pure flames.
Followed up by a loss at home after 3 days of rest to a last place team
