Just need to get Yegor going and we're in business. I want to see Huberdeau in the playoffs.

Flames win, Oilers lose (4-3 vs LA), Canucks lose (5-4 vs SEA).

That's what I call a perfect night.

15 points in his last 11 games for Huberdeau (since him and Kadri were put together in the third period against Pittsburgh) and only pointless in one of those games.

I think I might swap Yegor and Coronato.

Sharangovich-Backlund-Coleman
Pelletier-Zary-Coronato

A kid line would be a ton of fun and I think Zary needs someone who can finish for him. Yegor just needs to get back to basics.

Textbook Flames win.

Control game
Grossly out shoot other team
Miss open nets galore
Make sure it gets decided in the last 10 seconds

Top line solid again, and wolf held the fort there at the end! Great to see Huberdeau continue the point streak after the break!

Flames could use Kerins' goal scoring ability.

Huby is kind of reminding me of 2005-06 Iginla right now

I know Pospisil is not getting the points but I hope that also means we can sign him to a long-term deal for cheap. I know injuries are a concern but he's aware of that and tries to protect himself

Hopefully we're getting some of that 1.2 PPG Huberdeau that Florida got to enjoy for about four seasons before getting traded here.

Going to the net leads to good things...

Other guys playing on the perimeter and making low percentage shots should take note.

I do too but Coronato has been so good with Backlund, plus it’s probably better for his long term development too playing with backlund as he’s getting more ice time against the top lines each night. With Zary he won’t be put out the ice in the final minutes of a game like tonight, backlunds line is always going to be out there.
