Saw the game when I was out for dinner - what a fantastic night for Latvia. Well deserved, hope their fans enjoy it!

Just finished watching on PVR.

Wow. That must be one of the biggest upsets in the history of the tournament.

Canada was playing like a bunch of individuals. Hats off to Latvia though. They shut down their offense.

You could see it in their eyes. Loved seeing their goalie literally putting his hands on his head when they won. That's what watching this tournament is all about.

TC braintrust deserve this for leaving so much star level offensive talent off the roster. They build a poor roster and this is the outcome. Not to take away from the plucky Latvians but Canada should have mopped the floor with them. Everyone and their dogs know it.

It's not fair to the players they assembled to burden this either. They're good kids and will be good players, but there's a ton of meat left on the table when it comes to what Canada could have brought to bear for this tournament.

It's so bad! It's awkward, though, as photon is the go to guy for website tech issues, but he has made it clear to go to Bingo over ads, which he says to go to Photon for.

Yep, and when typing into the box, completely takes over everything and you cannot see anything and you have to scroll half way up the page to close the stupid ad.

Given that they generally have the best fans at any IIHF tournament, I'd say a lot of people even outside of their country.
