Bottom line though, every one of these could be interpreted any way you want. Just let them all count.
Directing pucks in with your skate is a skill play in itself.

I like to see skill plays count.

I actually agreed with both kick reviews. The Tkachuk play was a deflection and Backlund's was a pretty clear kick to me.

Academy award winning performance by Skinner there. What a disgraceful hockey team.

Is there a goalie in the game today that takes more dives than Skinner?

Jesus guys...he got a stick right in the throat, and it was pushed in with a lot of forward momentum, not a glancing blow. I'd like to see you get up quick after something like that.

The refs blew that call. Make up call within a minute after, so it's all fair.

The Oilers push all in on offense to try and keep he puck out of their end. Sometimes t works and they get a run like they've had. Hard to imagine it working against a good team in 7 game series with their current group.

McIcehog stays out for the entire powerplay.

If the Oilers didn’t have insane good luck, they would have no luck at all.

I don’t agree with your assessment of that play, sorry. The stick got him in the shoulder on every replay I saw.

You should watch it again. It was pretty rough.

I don’t need to, my opinion of the Oilers won’t change. They get zero benefit of the doubt from me because they dive a ton, sorry.

Should have given Kulak a penalty for being the 3rd man in.

Strome had the Capitals up 1-0 since the first period. The Stars struck back quickly with a pair of goals four minutes apart late in the second period. They still lead by that score.
