I would love to see that broken down more - for instance, separate fighting majors. Also, remove the automatic ones like puck over the glass - you do that, it's on you, not the refs.
It would be good to be able to assess the number of tripping, holding, interference, and calls of that nature, that each team receives. The ones that are entirely at the discretion of the refs.

Vegas and Edmonton being in the bottom 4 definitely checks out.
I remember that 5-0 game in Vegas. Flames were bad, but the Knights were fed PPs steadily until they broke through while playing on edge most of the night and having zilch called against them.
Hardly "clean" teams, and if you called their embellishments alone, they'd be high on that list. Very high.

Just incompetence.
Rather than flag oilers for embellishing in-game they wait to fine them afterwards. A little cowardly on their part and not going to do anything to deter it, especially when you're slapping the fourth or fifth most egregious diver on that roster.
