Anaheim may need a coaching change more than anything else. All sorts of problems scoring, and Fowler with only 4 assists on the season so far (17 games). In fact, their leading scorer on the D has only 10 points (Olen Zellweger)

I hope the trade falls apart. A guy named Fowler can't play for any team other than the Ducks.

Just saw on twitter that there are 5 defencemen in the NHL who make exactly 6.5 million, and the Blues now have 4 four of them (Faulk, Krug, Parayko are the others)

Biakabatuka just a contract slot, obviously - undrafted and has played 76 games in the ECHL and only 5 at the AHL level.

based on social media, Ducks fans have been done with Fowler (and Cronin, for that matter) for a while. Ducks have now basically replaced him with Trouba, and as much as I hate the guy, that's not terrible for them. Surprised they haven't canned Cronin yet though.
Both picks are 2027, per Seravalli.

The Ducks have a ton of young blueline talent. A guy like Mintyukov has been out of the line up a lot, because there hasn't been room. He needs to play.

Seems like Anaheim wants to part ways with a lot of players lol. Zegras and McTavish in rumours.
They should probably look at firing the GM and coach.
