His offence dried up prior to the switch and a lot of it was bad luck. I think he has 2 points as a C.

Good enough that rival fans spend all their time here for some reason...bragging about Markstroms shutout for your supposed favourite team when he didn't even play that day lol

It's so easy to avoid the bait.

Zary was on a massive cold streak playing wing until he was put at center and (eventually) started scoring again.

He has four points in his last six games, playing C.

He played both in the A, and at least some people who watched a lot of Wranglers games said he was better in the middle.

Most teams probably never would have moved him to the wing in the first place. I still don't understand why the Flames did it. It's not like they were ever hurting for LWs.

In the last 8 games playing C, Zary has 2G, 4P. That said, 3 of those points came on the PP.

The Huberdeau - Zary - Coleman line in 63#mins at 5 on 5 has 2GF, 6GA, -4, 55%CF, and 48.3%xG

FWIW Huberdeau looked better with Zary than he did with Kadri/Sharangovich/Pospisil/Backlund. I think they are more on the same wavelength. And I liked Coleman with them. HIs offence had dried up a fair bit and I thought he benefitted from a change of scenery.

I feel like it's hard to gauge Zary right now... he's had a tough time finishing it seems. He usually stands out in most games i watch - but he often doesn't get on the scoresheet, even though it feels like he should have.
