				 Pop Shoppe

So I was at the local corner store today looking to quench my thirst when much to my surprise a noticed they were stocking bottles of "Pop Shoppe" pop.
Now I don't know about you but Pop Shoppe is something I haven't seen since I was very young - but I used to love it.

After downing my Cream Soda I chekced the web and sure enough some smart guy out there has resurrected Pop Shoppe.

Awesome, I remember going to the pop shoppe when I was young and you'd see row after row of those plastic cases. I doubt that they'll bring back the nickel pops.
I also remember that they had really unique flavors, and the best orange pop on the planet.

Yep. They had that in Winnipeg up until a few years ago. I tried looking for it last year when I was there and the last store was closed.

Had Pic-a-pop in Lethbridge a long time ago... that place was great. The cream soda was excellent. And we ended up keeping the bottles all the time for bottling homemade beer. Still have stacks and stacks of bottles in the orange crates.

Don't quote me on this, but I thought I saw pic-a-pop at .... Candy Mountain? or is it called Sugar Mountain? on Corydon one of the last times we were there.

It used to be great to get a bunch of different flavours. I had a bottle from the Shoppers Drug Mart in Chinook quite a while ago.

At least one of those places listed is a distributer, so it it probably in more locations than just those listed.

Nice. I remember playing Space Invaders (and Asteroids) almost every day after school in the neighbourhood Pop Shoppe, then slurping down some lime soda on the way home. I don't think they're carrying this kind of soda, though....http://clast.diamondagency.jp/en/?p=56 |
