Taking back a goal from an off-side that occured minutes ago. The NHL is so stupid.... what if they were on the powerplay when the off-side occured. Do they reverse time and put the player back in the box?

Cearly not, as they do not roll back the clock to the time of infraction, which does not make sense to me

The Rangers five game losing streak has come to an end with a 4-3 victory in regulation time. Kakko scored with 24 seconds left in the third period on a power play.
