Walked by on Friday not knowing what it was. It like they are hiring staff, so it probably close.

Chick-fil-A is not worth waiting in line for, but suggesting anything on the BK menu is better is laughable.

Right. Too many burger places that have similar structured names and I can't keep them straight in my head anymore.

It looks like Rosie's is opening at least two locations. There's one by Mount Royal Village and they're also going into the old jewellery store on Edmonton Trail across from Luke's Drug Mart.

New craft brewery opened (I believe) this past weekend in Bowness. I've put it on y to try list, it's the first one to my knowledge in NW Calgary (not counting Mash where the Farmers Market is).

Hopefully it's not another one with a dozen IPA's and a mediocre pilsner.

^ Not a bad list, to be honest. Not jumping into the hop pissing match like many micro breweries do.

Yeah, compared to many, that's a relatively diverse selection.

They do that because it’s the easiest and cheapest beer to make.

Was able to pop into Brewsmith over the weekend. Their pub ale is by far the star of the show. Their Kolsch needs some work and almost felt like it was rushed to try and get a lighter beer on the menu. Didn't try some of their more out there offerings. But a cozy little spot and nice to have more options for quality beer in the Bowness/Montgomery area.
