He did give a recap about what happened, saying he goes to Houston's restaurant three to four times a week. He didn't stop short of complementing the staff and food.
"The bar where I normally sit was packed. I sat in the dining area, and at one point, there was a bit of a ruckus going on in the bar. It was a bunch of drunk golfers. Things obviously continued to escalate. They asked one guy to leave, and then one guy kept getting in the manager's face, put his hands on 'em," Bissonnette said.
That went on for at least 30 seconds before the former NHL-er intervened. He says he grabbed the guy's arm that was on the manager and said, "Sir, if you continue to harass and assault the staff, we're going to have problems. They just started chuckin'."
Drunk golfers. The worst.

LOL I have been to this restaurant in Scottsdale. It's pretty good. Talk about the last place I'd ever expect a fight to break out. Not surprised they have no real muscle to be able to handle something like that.
I don't know assaulting a sports broadcaster is a claim to fame. Guys are probably pretty embarrassed after sobering up and seeing this internet especially bissonette with his folowing
What constitutes assualt? He does look pretty good.
I met Bizz last summer randomly outside of a cafe. Super nice guy, he was eating breakfast but stood up and shook my hand, and offered to take a picture. Had a few celebrity interactions and he was the nicest out of all them. Hope he’s all good.

I looked at the website and menu. It’s a franchise across the US. Kind of like Earls or Moxies?

Those guys should know better than messing with a guy that has a nose like that as it's a dead giveaway that he's no stranger to fisticuffs.
I was thinking the exact same thing when I first read it.
I've never met Bissonnette, I've heard he's nice and polite, I cant stand his podcasts because thats just way too much 'dude-bro' energy for me, but just look at him.
That is a man that throws hands like an inmate.
Its sort of what I like about Lomberg. He's short, small and of all things rather innocuous looking. He looks like he should be out surfing on a beach somewhere. You'd think nothing of him until the blows come raining down upon thee.
Bissonnette? That guy is like 'Old School' Vintage Hockey Goon. You can see that from miles away.
And why do people have to be dicks in restaurants anyways? These people are just doing their jobs. There are far more appropriate places to get leathered than the local Applebees or whatever. Its America. Hit up a CVS and find an alley.

Call me skeptical, but I think most people no matter a pro fighter or not, would be messed up by 7 individuals. These guys must have been totally inebriated and not coordinated to not do damage, moreso than Biz handling his own. If I were to take on 7 15 year olds, the 15 year olds would mess me up badly. This isn't Biz being a tough guy - moreso 7 adults being out of it and being idiots.
