I'd take as many as possible if the price is reasonable! No worries if they don't shake free.

If they don't I can probably get you the source anyway.

Is there a used tool store in Calgary? I know pawn shops have sections for them, but any that specialize?

I see Surferguy liked it too, so maybe we'll have to make it a date next week.

I’ll toss this here. Anyone know of a vintage console collector in the city? I have a couple of Atari 2600 consoles, an Intellivision, and a pile of games for both. I even have some Atari games still in original shrink wrap. From looking online I believe there is a good market out there but thought I’d start with a local dealer/collector.

I've got a friend with MS who's got three old phots that he'd like to get touched up and blown up to put in a frame.
He said he's gotten it done before at some place in Glenmore Landing but I'm not finding anything like that there anymore.
Anyone recommend anyone in town that could do that kind of thing? Or I'm wondering if it would be cheaper to get someone online to do it if I could find a way to get a good quality scan.. I have a scanner on my printer and it scans pretty high resolution (600dpi I think) which should be good enough he's only wanting to go 5x7 for the size but not sure about the general quality of the scanner. I guess I could try.
But wanted to also see about someone doing it locally professionally that someone could recommend.

You could take it to London Drugs to get it scanned, find someone on Fiver or whatever to touch it up, then back to them for the print.

London Drugs did the scan well, and I ended up just downloading the 7 day trial of Photoshop and doing it myself, the automatic / AI tools in there are good enough for what I was looking for.
I just have to remember to cancel before they start charging me $30 a month.

Looking to re-cover my dining room chairs. I need ~24x24" leather pieces, anyone have a local recommendation? Don't need best of the best quality, but no vegan "leather"!

If you lived in Edmonton Halford’s hides would have you covered.

One of those cow hides from Ikea would look swanky.

If I lived in Edmonton I'd have different priorities than re-covering chairs. Like questioning my life choices that led me there.
