CP Mods have strict rules around things like changing the thread title of the E=ng thread. We can only do it after we obtain the required number of posts. I am not sure what that number is.

I think with vBulletin software, 10K is the magic number.

Except those "strict rules" have only ever really been followed once and that was last year and we don't want a repeat of that.
