I don’t have winter tires and the AWD is awesome.

I have nothing to add except I couldn't have picked a better time to have spent the last 8 days in mexico with still a few days remaining. Amazing timing.

Trigger warning for anyone that really hates wipers lifted off the windshield. The parking lot at Cross Iron today is a sea of these.

It's great with empty roads. People in mom vans and FWD sedans anywhere in the vicinity suck much of the fun out of it.

Just like everything else in life it’s poor people that ruin everything. If all those lazy people could afford better cars with all-wheel-drive and new winter tires we’d be better off. Not to mention it would get a lot of transit off the road which seems to hold things up.

What a weird thing to be annoyed by. Oh no, they don’t want their wipers to freeze against the windshield

Alright here's the same yearly question but I'm always curious what others do
It's snowing a ton like today. Do you shovel a bunch of times, but it's an easy job each time? Or shovel just once but it's built up to the point that it's a bitch and takes forever
I shovel lots, but weirdly enjoy it

I did the full driveway with the snow blower this morning, and am about to head back out. Not sure if I'll just shovel.
I do prefer smaller shovels, but often just do the sidewalk and walkway, and do a final big one when the snow stops where I do everything.

Same for me. I probably shouldn't but I enjoy it. Maybe if it was wet, heavy snow I'd feel different about it.

Oh yeah that #### sucks. But also weirdly satisfying
But days like today where it's not cold and the snow is this light powder, perfect winter weekend day. I'll gladly head out a few more times

I have AWD and M/S tires on my Escape, and getting around town here in all the snow is awesome.

I don't mind the slower speeds but would it kill people to stay in their ####ing lane?
I get you can't see the lines but if the road had 4 lanes yesterday, it probably still has 4 lanes today.
