You're still on summers? In this weather? In this economy?!
(Definitely just stay at home, no way summer tires are worth the risk today.)

I was kind of expecting to be bedridden by now and wait a winter cycle but was overly optimistic with the health care system like an idiot.

Just finished my 3rd shovel of the day so far. I don't mind snow but do we have to get it a foot at a time?

Check your neighbourhood facebook group. Saw lots of recent postings, assume you’re just talking sidewalk level stuff.

I tried to catch an Uber to mine last night. Usually cost $25 to get downtown, instead cost $80. Decided to just drive and be the DD that night.

The roads are not too busy, which is nice. Seeing the guy drive the wrong way down 6th st downtown, realize it, then attempt to remedy his situation by turning and driving on the sidewalk was rather amusing. The Saskatchewan license plate had me thinking maybe cities aren't where this person belongs...

today is worse
I'm totally fine with the "I've never needed winter tires I'm just a God-like driver" but at some point do people not get embarrased when it takes you 30 seconds to get through an intersection on their trash tires?

I'd tend to agree, AWD + winter tires + a ton of snow is some of the most fun you can have in an automobile.
