This Prime broadcast crew is setting a standard that Sportsnet cannot match.

Zary is almost always in the right place. If he could be turned into a C, he looks a bit like a more offensively skilled Backlund.

Wow, Mike Vernon is the special guest at the intermission? Amazing.

If this was Sportsnet, the special guest would be McDavid's medical team.

Great shift by Huby to end the period.

Physical, defensively aware, with a nice block, and didn't just panic and turn it over but made a nice play to get the puck out.

He threw 3 pretty heavy checks in that period and looked like he was playing with way more confidence with the puck on his stick.

Huby’s best game of the year so far? He’s been a star tonight.

Love his game. Seems to always make the right play. Tries moves and plays that are highly skilled but rarely a bad play because he executes at a good rate. And he’s consistently winning puck battles.

This proves how easy it to do these broadcasts right.

Makes the nightly trainwrecks from sportsnet just that much more impressive.

John Forslund(Kracken pbp, ex Canes), Jody Shelly and Thomas Hickey.
Hickey works for the Islanders TV crew, Calgary kid.

I'm sure it's been mentioned but sportsnet could never touch this coverage. Everything is A+. It's amazing what even little things like different shots around the arena and city do to add to the experience as a fan.

I mean sportnets still shows city cutaways without the Telus Sky building which was completed over 7 years ago. This broadcast exposes how truly terrible sportnet is. You can hear the crowd for what it really is, too. Sportsnet would ha e you believe that's impossible.

I dunno about y'all, but this is a very entertaining game. Really good energy, smart plays, really good exits, good control of the neutral zone, selling out to block shots and break up plays. I could get used to a team that plays like this.

Crowd is so much more respectful than the primitive oiler crowds.

This Amazon broadcast clears Sportsnet by a hundred kilometers it isn't even close. All Flames and Kings content. Haven't heard the Oilers, McDavid or the Leafs mentioned once. Perfection.

Video quality is good too.
