Yeah, its not much different than us Soccer fans.

I have to pay DAZN for Champions' League and Bundesliga and Fubo for EPL matches and Sportsnet for Cup matches.

Its infuriating. Bundle the goddamned programming and have 1 service provide it.

MLB did this with some facebook, youtube, and Apple+ games. They said it was to reach a broader audience. They are simply money grabs. If they wanted a broader audience, they would allow people to watch it on TV and/or MLB.TV as well, which we already pay for. Instead they force you to pay for one of the other, or at least sign up for an account. Those are ones I just avoid.

If Amazon takes over all the Flames games, I'll happily pay them. I'd prefer not paying multiple people for the games.
Totally get this...I happen to have Amazon anyway so it didn't matter to me and it actually works! (imagine that)

Pirate sites work better than Sportsnet+ its kinda crazy they are the NHL's #1 rights holder. NHL.TV and a VPN seems like the best option IMO but it shouldn't be this complicated. NHL is hurting themselves down the road for quick cash now.

Zary - Kadri - Pospisil (this line works)
Huberdeau - Sharangovich - Kuzmenko
Coleman - Backlund - Coronato
Lomberg - Kirkland - Klapka
Rooney

Klapka is now pretty much an everyday player, and Pelletier is now one injury or trade from being in the top 9 - this lineup could get seriously thin, really quickly.
You mean thinner? It was never a thick lineup.

Is this the first Amazon game for the Flames? Didn't realize until this morning, looking forward to seeing the broadcast. First time I have watched NHL I actually paid for in a long time.

Give me a future that lets me turn off the commentary and increase the ice mic volume and I will happily pay for a full season.

Since you cannot DVR the game to watch later, does Prime show a condensed version after the game is complete or has it available to watch after the game has aired live?

Kopitar carrying them at the age of 37 is impressive.

Yeah a strong early season for Kopitar.

And MacKinnon on pace for 160 points this season.

It's cool what flies under the redar while the media is busy felating McDavid.

Not sure the Amazon arrangement, but back in the NHL app days it was available after 24 hours as it was considered an "archived game" at that point

Watching that as well pretty neat. Better than watching Ron McLean.

They even go to concourse.

Imagine going to the game with your girlfriend and your wife is watching at home and see you on the concourse with her. Yikes.
