I don’t think McDavid is ahead of any of those players. Mavi has massive deficiencies in his game and outside of the odd highlight goal he does not eclipse anyone in the list above.

He was only good for offence and this year he's tied for 102nd in the league in points. 73rd in PPG. Behind Conor Garland, Brock Boeser, Sean Monahan, etc.

And Draisaitl and Hyman, two guys on his own team, are arguably better natural goal scorers.
