That would actually be terrific. Draistatl signs long term thinking his buddy McDavid will also stay. McDavid leaves the first chance he gets.

Not. One. Stride.

Just coasting.
But they are consensus Stanley Cup favorites..... the power of the West.

During the intermission of that game the poll asked "who is a bigger stanley cup threat, VGK or the no-goods?"

It also asked "Who do you take for team canada, Hyman or Stone"

I have it on good authority that the Oilers are so good that they are just taking the first 20 games of this season to slowly warm up. I have been told that we will all be in awe once they flip that switch.

Its no secret that when he doesn't have the puck, he's worthless.

McEminence below a PPG on the season.

There's a long list of more exciting players so far this season.

He's learned that from the very best; his captain.

Not sure what else Cale Makar needs to do for people to start realizing who the best player in the world is.

Play for the Oilers or Leafs, of course.

Just wanted to point out that the so-called expendable Ryan McLeod has 9 points in 14 games in Buffalo. That's a 52 point pace and would put him 3rd on the Oilers (more than Skinner or Arvidsson). +7 as well, which would be tops on the Oilers.

LOL.

Also, other teams play harder against the Oilers than they do agianst other teams, or so I've been told.

Every team's "Stanley Cup" is playing the Oilers.

Oilers management will need a word with Spector after his article today- Spec said the oilers are conserving their effort to try and win games without trying their hardest so they don't run out of gas in May... but also saying he doesn't know if they are a good enough team to do that (they're not, Spec..). Called out players- i.e. Cross-eye is playing summer hockey, as defensively unaware as his rookie season, henrique looks old (he is Spec), calling out arviddson and skinner. Stopped short of calling out the wonder twins though....

I think we need to really look at Kucherov as the best offensive player we have seen. He’s 31 and and still producing at a 140 point pace.

All the hubbub about McDavid getting 100 assists last year, it was crickets for Kucherov doing the same thing.
