Flames aren't a great team, but they don't give up. Gotta give them credit for that. Should rub off on the young guys moving forward.

Yep. Every game should have the same points awarded, somehow. 3 points for regulation win makes too much sense.

They know exactly what they're doing and getting exactly the results they want.

The current system keeps the standings closer for a longer time and generally don't change the final standings from what a 3-2-1 system would give us.

Yes, but the last 5 minutes of any tied game are a complete waste.
