Trump is almost certainly taking all of Alaska, Penn, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Nevada. Trump's lead in Michigan is growing.

Wait, are you telling me the trump poster that was making a pass at me is actually an MRA Musk/Rogan supporter?
That’s not really on brand….or is it?

They're about to lose the House, Senate, and White House. I'm going to go out on a limb and say that running on popular policies and not campaigning with war criminals wouldn't have made things worse.

So add to that dating pools, social groups, cultural groups, and workplaces where this swing is being perpetuated. It seeps into the roots and it's growing.
Obviously that's not all of it, but I'd hedge a bet it's having an effect.

Within the newest generation of adults (at least in the US) they're saying a political gap is widening. Women are leaning more left and men more right, and supposedly that gap is having an adverse effect of the number of younger adults getting married. A lot less successful mingling is happening.
As for Trump and a 'masculinity craze' being correlated... I don't know about that lol.
I think it's much, much more about patriotism, economy, fearmongering and distrust in the establishment than Trump raising the testosterone levels of the male voter.

They gave her her own show on a national news channel. That's like being given the center seat on the Enterprise.
And yeah, I like Vassy as a analyst, and she's pretty insightful and balanced, and my once future wife Marcia McMillan has been with CTV forever.

Bezos is a pretty smart guy and bailed on the Democrats. Seems like a common theme. The Democratic party has just morphed into something so goofy it makes the Republicans look like the sane ones.

Let's not pretend the Dems had any influence over the results tonight. As soon as dissentowner proclaimed the Dems would win easily a couple weeks ago it was over. No one is coming back from that kiss of death, I don't care how capable your campaign is.

Bezos and Musk bailed on the Democrats out of pure, naked self-interest. You'd have to be a completely empty-headed #### to not see that.

Reposting - as i havent heard anyone dispute what was being voted for or if i was wrong in the law. So all the happy people can laugh at the girls being groomed and married at 14, after they were dating at 12. As well, laugh at the parents and the girl who died in texas this week and their parents regret.
Groomers are out in the open, support rapists , make women who go through that carry to term, and let an old man groom, from 12, and marry a 14 year old girl when of age - that is a law on the books and it isnt even hidden. Know who you are.
-------------------
And to think they are voting in fullterm, regardless of the mother or a rape exception.
All the toxic masculinity will now make child rape and grooming legal. Remember when they said just because Roe vs wade wouldn't be overturned, don't worry?
Well now, like then for abortion, the laws are already being put forward for child marriage and grooming, and they are happy. 40 year old can marry a 12 year old after grooming for 2 years. sick bunch of people.
Check the law in Wisconsin, just like they started suits on abortion before the election when trump won.
If it passes and you were happy today, you may be just a sick person who agrees with that, or one who couldn't see the side of a little girl.
I still have hope, but what a bunch of sick twisted people. No one can claim ignorance, the law is already on the books, today, before the election, for 14 year olds, its sick.

At the very least Musk has a reasoned opinion. It may be entirely wrong but I don’t think anyone can reasonably say the man is unintelligent. Thats just idiotic. But I guess not surprising in the current climate.
“If you don’t agree with us you are (pick one or more that apply…) uneducated / stupid / racist / fascist / nazi”
Brilliant strategy

It was mentioned earlier, non college white women broke for Trump. And I'm sure they are in social circles getting married having kids.
It's the 30something leftist, highly educated, elitist career women who have eliminated themselves from mingling with anyone who doesn't align.

Kamala has left her headquarters, everyone has gone home and the night staff has torn down all of the party stuff.
Its almost like a Simpson's skit where Homer goes to the bathroom during a party and 2 minutes later he comes out and everyone is gone and there's a janitor sweeping the floor and pointing to the exit.

More women voted for Trump this election than last one (57% voted for Biden and only 54% for Kamala). Trump also made big gains among young people and Hispanic voters.
If the Dems hadn't been running a visible minority and female candidate, Trump likely takes even more of those demographics.
The state of the economy was almost certainly the deciding factor here.
