That's almost certainly the demographic that would be economically better off under Trump. Tariffs on foreign manufactured goods and more resource extraction have huge potential for blue collar wage growth.

Everyone else is likely to be worse off, with the possible exception of the billionaire/investor class.

The biggest losers under Trump were those with high incomes in high tax states, because they lost the SALT deductions. But those people all voted dem anyway, so pissing them off didn't hurt him.

It'll probably be a couple of years before we really know the effects, unless Trump decides to throw a bunch of tariffs on everything on day 1, which is very possible I guess. The switch to fascism won't happen overnight though. But it's inevitable at this point, which is incredibly depressing.

Zelenskyy has already started preparing the Ukrainian people for a peace deal that will involve them ceding huge territory to Russia. Not sure what coverage you're following, but I'm watching John King on CNN. She is bleeding votes (vs 2020 Biden) in almost all important counties in almost all swing states.
