Texas called for Trump, unsurprisingly.

What do you want them to do to make it a bigger story ? They reported it occurred and that it isn’t a credible threat .

The fact she’s getting crushed in Georgia is gonna make the path tough for her.

CBC was just talking about Georgia's early vote counts could very well be a red mirage. Still waiting on a lot of votes from the bigger cities apparently.

She won't win Ohio, she won't even be within ten points. If she doesn't carry one of Georgia or North Carolina, only way she wins is to carry Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. Nevada won't matter if she does that.

I'm still not clear why people think she's getting "crushed" in Georgia. 66% polls reporting and most of the remaining vote is around Atlanta, and is outperforming Biden's results in some of her stronghold counties. It took until like 2am in 2020 for Biden to take the lead.
I'm not saying Trump won't win it I just don't understand the "it's a bad sign, she's getting crushed" stuff.

Look at the votes by county, not by total. Harris is running way behind Biden's 2020 numbers, and he BARELY won Georgia.

She's not getting crushed, but she isn't winning it, so "crushed" it is.

To clarify he’s out performing his performance from last time out and that’s the concern.

CBS says that in GA she needs 56% of the outstanding votes and they estimate she gets 56% so GA is going to be very close again.

Maybe not a credible threat, but one country trying to disrupt another country's election to favor a certain candidate is pretty insane. And some of the polling stations had to stay open later because of the threats. But like I said, there's a lot of stuff in politics now where we just shrug our shoulders, I guess this is just another one.

Because people like making sweeping generalizations based on limited information. That’s the MO for about half the posts in this thread. Trump landslide!
I’m not sure if it’s because people love being dramatic or because it’s a coping mechanism.

I am. She's outperforming in the traditional blue counties. Unless Trump is really running up the score elsewhere, and you're going to have to point to those examples.

Not to go all "this election is rigged", but the fact it's gonna come down to four of the slowest counting states...yeah TV networks rigged this.

I seem to recall Biden winning Georgia was a pretty big upset though and a lot of credit went to Stacey Abrams for motivating people to vote. It might not be a repeatable win without that kind of hard work.

I don't understand people's need to be right about this one way or the other. So you can say "see?!" to a bunch of faceless people who don't GAF about whether you were right or not anyways?
