They already did that, and the problem persists.
Almost as if this is a terrible roster with a massive lack of skill that really becomes apparent in situations where skill level generally gets to shine…
…but of course it’s not that, it’s the coach. It must be!

They obviously aren’t playing but it’s their unit. They’re ultimately accountable.

No, the GM is ultimately accountable. You can’t get blood from a stone.
The roster is terrible. The results will be terrible. Endlessly firing/changing coaches is a futile exercise at this point of the building process.

Fair. But the PP personnel can be changed, the set plays etc can be simplified. I don’t see a lot of adapting. I do see a lot of the same #### thrown against the wall.
