That's insane. Do you even get to sit down or do you just stand there with the door open all night?

Check out the video of his display. I’d drive my kids to his house just to see it in person.

My wife and I put whatever's left over in the Little Free Pantry that's a dozen blocks or so from our place.

We actually put out about 550 Bags of chips on folding tables with a "please take one sign". Ill count the kids on ring doorbell later on.
All chips went... so some took more than 1 but most do not.
We go out as a family with a wagon. The Kids run ahead we drink Baileys, chat with neighbors and then end up at a driveway fire pit to end the night.
We are in Lake Bonavista, but our road has 144 houses in a row that do not require a kid to cross the street.

Hicktown BC has all the kids because families can't afford to live in Big City BC.

I live in an apartment so we don't get kids.
We went to Cranston to my sisters house. They usually get a couple hundred every year. I believe they had between 350 and 400 this year and were pretty low on supplies.
We all sat in the driveway with a fire and some hot cider. There is no way you could do anything else like watch a movie
Took our niece trick or treating for a bit too. The area was busy with many people set up outside. There was a haunted house in the area as well (someone's garage), so that probably drove traffic.

Be honest Sliver, how many bags of chips did you take from Knut’s table?

My wife is a bit of an artist. In year's past she's done starry night and other famous paintings as pumpkin carvings.
This year was Gustav Klimt's "The Kiss". Original posted for comparison.

Yeah, what's up with that?! I had a group at about 4:30-4:45 as well.
Maybe daylight savings changing dates about 15 years ago is a factor, but I recall always heading out after dark.
