#### Harris. Yeah I said it. She's a miserable candidate that wasn't even democratically chosen.
And before you start with MAGA this and that, #### Trump too. Fascist piece of ####.
The only person that deserves to be President more than ANYTHING...
Is Bernie Sanders.
This was satire and I love this poster, but **** me are Americans stupid that they can't see what a great president Bernie Sanders would have been. Their country is basically right and far right voters.
Agree to disagree about the quality of the polling. Both sites have Trump winning PA, but the early voting shows a very different story. It could go either way but in the end I think Harris wins PA by a fraction of a point.
Both sites have trump with a marginally higher probability of winning Pennsylvania. The 538 model and your projection are saying the same thing. There is no difference between saying Harris buy a fraction of a point and saying a 52% prob of Trump winning and a 48% chnace of Harris winning.
So you actually agree with the models and polling within the accuracy of the data.
Trump looks to be laying the groundwork to contest Pennsylvania election results, claiming without evidence this morning over on his discount Twitter, that the whole state is somehow cheating at “large scale levels”

Their internal polling must be showing Pennsylvania is looking bad for them. So that's a good sign.

It’s kind of depressingly funny that Harris holds a big rally yesterday and not even the biggest Harris backers think it’s worthy of discussion.
I think it’s a problem with the media but also just in general with the way people treat politics. People talk about how much better the Dems are but you never actually hear about it when it matters. It’s just “what’s crazy Donny doing” and waiting for the Dems to slip before they’re worth discussing. And people wonder why it’s such an uphill battle to beat an opponent that should be easy.

I’d be lying if I said I hadn’t put a bit of legwork into a break glass in case of emergency contingency. It’s a little difficult to put my finger on the true impact of all this. The golden mean fallacy tends to irritate me but it does feel like reality lies somewhere between “it’s fine Trump is just another politician the guardrails will protect us” and “open the camps”.

Yeah, a part of me continues to think Trump is still a lazy #### whose extreme mental decline in the last few months will have him just chilling at Mar-A-Lago playing golf as his brain further deteriorates into mush. And that while he talks a good fascist game, he's really just trying to squash his legal problems and that's really it, more than trying to create the fourth Reich. But that still leaves the rest of the GOP, who will be on the cusp of their Christian theocratic wet dreams becoming reality.
Of course, even if Harris does win, it's basically a temporary reprieve. America's long-term outlook will be grim either way.

And worst of it all: “can you believe what a comedian said during a set!?!?!?”
It's just so sad to see how far that country has spiralled. I spent a good deal of my childhood down there (Colorado), and it was a wonderful place to grow up. I feel terrible for my friends and family who are scattered across the U.S. According to the ones I've talked to lately, they're all voting for Harris. They don't want any part of this fascist, racist, MAGA bulls***, and they're very worried about the future if Trump gets back into power.
The electoral college might be the worst system ever invented. It's just so antiquated, stupid, and unfair. And it makes zero sense in today's America.

I'm increasingly convinced that the only way this MAGA sickness ends is a much larger civil unrest and masses of people dying. But I keep telling myself I'm being bleak and overreacting.
And then I watch some more insane Trump rallies.

What we really need is some sort of mass pandemic that causes death, but is preventable through applied science. Hrmmmm...
