Defensive corners are a gong show, this must get cleaned up

Otherwise Forge has a lot of the ball but not doing anything with it. We look fairly dangerous on the counter. Warschewski and our CBs are the best players on the pitch so far

Better at passing the ball around on turf, sure. Cavs really struggled with the weight of pass on that terrible turf. But Forge only had one good chance in the second half. Montgomery and Klomp dominated the game. Cavs had the two best chances of the second half, Herdman skying it and Klomp’s header just wide

Klomp or Montgomery man of the match. I really hated how early Tommy dropped their lines and sat back but everyone did their job. Buckled down and gave Forge nothing

The Final being at Atco is good for the league. All the turf fields look like ass on TV except for maybe Pacific. VFC isn't that bad, but not great.

Spruce Meadows is a nice intimate stadium with real grass. Might win some new fans just for the atmosphere that will surely be coming on Nov 9.

Love Warchewski - I wonder if he gets some MLS calls or some Bundesliga II interest.

Toby is an absolute mad lad with the ball; he's so damn strong, is able to just push people away at ease, and has just insane touch with the ball in close. I'd love for him to play for the Cavs forever, but also would love to see him get a higher opportunity somewhere if it came up. MLS would be hella interesting, although his age may be a factor.

I wanted him on the Cavs since his FC Edmonton days. Dude has been an absolute breath of fresh air for this squad, what a talent.

If it helps at all, you can tell your family another guy on the internet just cancelled his family's trip to BC planned for that weekend.

The good thing about Forge beating Atletico this weekend though is that it would give the Cavs a automatic berth into the Champions Cup.

Yeah, Forge really poured it on after then went down 1-0. I don't want to say they scare me, but they don't not scare me.

I'm hoping that Forge-Ottawa game is a bloodbath. Let Parra and Singh's appeal be confirmed and they can be eligible for the next match and let it be a nasty, physical game
