Who would've thought The Penguin would turn out to be one of the best shows on TV in years?!
It’s unbelievably good. Colin Farrell is outstanding, Cristin Milioti steals nearly every scene she's in, and the supporting cast delivers nuanced performances that add layers of complexity to the show's rich depth. The tone is pitch-perfect, and it doesn’t feel like a typical comic book spin-off at all--which is a win for both comic fans and non-comic fans alike, especially after 15 years of the same.
I meant to rewatch The Batman before beginning The Penguin, but it didn't happen--and honestly, it doesn’t even matter. I never felt at a disadvantage for not revisiting it first.

Because of that cluster F, I rarely watch any mystery-type shows until the series is completely finished and someone tells me if the ending made sense and/or wrapped things up.
It's the same reason I didn't start Dark until last year. (Glad I did!)
And the reason I won't start Outer Range at all. (Glad I didn't!)
So, all that to say, I really want to watch From ... but I'm going to wait until the series finale and hear what you guys have to say.
Yes ... Lost hurt me that badly

I didn't watch Lost, but I definitely think "From" will have the same fate; however, it doesnt have the same viewership as Lost so it is more likely to get cancelled than fail to live up to the hype in the end.
knowing how almost all shows are flying by the seat of their pants, it doesnt bode well for it at all.
Still, there is enough in From to commit to passive viewing.
Started watching Disclaimer yesterday and am 3 episodes in.
Good show with a great premise. They do a good job at leaving you wanting for the whole story to come out. You keep hearing how despicable the person is, and are wanting to find out how.
Great to see Sacha Baron Cohen in a drama role again. He nails it.
Kate Blanchette as great as always.
Kevin Kline was truly missed in his period of absence.

Miloti is awesome. Last weeks episode was incredible.
Sweet pea is OK. Finished season 1 and Im not sure if Ill watch next season unless Im bored. Kind of lost me towards the end.
Started "The Devils Hour" next. Only a few episodes in but the premise seems intriguing. Anyone else farther along to let me know if its worth keeping going?
Hey have we talked about Constellation on Apple in here at all? Holy crap, that's a sick show. Just binged it over the past couple of days. It's like a mashup of Stranger Things, Dark and For All Mankind (but not nearly as boring).

I thought it was pretty meh, even more so now that it has been cancelled.
After watching it, I realized not a lot even happened across 8 episodes.

I made it through two or three episodes. I was hoping for a cool space show and got another spooky mystery. No thanks.

Have final episode left. I wanted to love this show more than I actually loved it, I think. It has gone off the rails a bit. Still will recommend and will watch more if available.
