The celebrity “industry” is full of rot but frankly I wouldn’t be surprised if Diddy did this for blackmail for these types of situations, to use as leverage. So while we may not know who was involved, diddy is the common dominator. I’m sure a ton of celebs will be named and while they don’t get a free pass until details come out, again, I bet most were put in a tough situation because of that one guy. I hope there are no deals made for him to save his skin because he sounds like a maniac.
The entertainment industry is the perfect storm of ambition, money, sex, and entitlement. You have new artists wiling to do almost anything to reach the top, while those who have already made it can open or close doors every step of the way. In a social scene that’s steeped in hedonic excess. Predation is pretty much baked into the system.

One of the suits comes from a Jane Doe who was 13 years old on or around Sept. 7, 2000, when she tried to attend the MTV Video Music Awards. She couldn't get in to the awards show without a ticket, but approached several limousine drivers to see if they could help her to attend an after-party.
One of the limousine drivers she spoke to claimed to work for Combs. He told her that Combs liked younger girls and said she "fit what Diddy was looking for," inviting her to an after-party.
When the plaintiff arrived at the after-party, two men asked her to sign a non-disclosure agreement, saying she could not discuss what would happen that night.
After one drink, the plaintiff alleged that she "began to feel woozy and lightheaded" and made her way to an empty bedroom to lie down. The lawsuit contains an "actual" exemplary container that Combs and members of his team allegedly used to insert GHB into alcoholic drinks.
Soon after the plaintiff lay down, Combs allegedly entered the room with "a male and female celebrity." She then alleges that she was raped by the male celebrity as the female celebrity watched, before allegedly being raped by Combs as both celebrities watched.
The suit also alleges that after the assault, the plaintiff "fell into a deep depression which continues to affect every facet of her life."

I would imagine they knew what NDA's cover and don't cover, it was more of an intimidation/self preserving tactic. Aka, a young girl may say something if it just happens, but with the NDA she doesn't know what she signed and gets scared/intimidated into not saying anything because "**** I signed that legal agreement that I didn't read, about never speaking about this encounter".

Most likely some sort of child star, Disney or Nickelodeon, who was out there basically on their own and getting caught up with young adults who were poor influences leading to bad decisions. I can think of one example who happened to be 13 in the fall of 2000.

I wasn't specifically alluding to Bynes but just mentioning that I wouldn't be surprised if the girl involved was part of the child star group of that time. There was a lot of disgusting things going on during that time in that community as has been documented in various exposes.
It says she "couldn't get into the VMAs" so it's unlikely she was an actual celebrity. Sounds like it was a fan, and presumably without parents who GAF where their 13 year old is unfortunately.
