They've done it! The wait is over!!

Quote:
Waiting 20 years to win a football match is an unbearably long time for any team, even if you are officially the worst in the world. But for San Marino, those two decades of hurt made the joy of Thursday's 1-0 win over Liechtenstein even more special.

The concept of the long-suffering fan has become something of a cliché in football, but supporters of San Marino's national football team can legitimately consider themselves the longest suffering of all.

The 3rd round of Asian World Cup qualifying and Australia are in early trouble each only have 1 point.

3 groups of 6, top two in each group go to the World Cup, 3rd and 4th in each group go to an additional round.

Group A is the death group Australia, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, China and Indonesia.

Australia lost at home to Bahrain and drew in Indonesia. Indonesia drew both the Saudis and the Australians so they are tough to beat.

Toto Schilacci, the star of Italia 90 has passed away. Started the tournament on the bench with a young Baggio, behind Vialli and Mancini

I know enough English people to figure that they really enjoyed that.

Besides, its the Daily Mail, it was to be expected.

they thoroughly deserve the ####ball that is coming their way under Tuchel. Couldn't happen to a nicer fanbase and media landscape.

I actually think it could be interesting.

Tuchel always moans and complains about his lack of options and talent. Well that excuse is gone now.

Lets see what happens.
