According to Rule 9.6 (Helmets), "When a goalkeeper has lost his helmet and/or face mask and... the opposing team has control of the puck, play shall only be stopped if there is no immediate and impending scoring opportunity."
Scored on the rebound, it's a good goal.

You want to throw Wolf into this nonsense? I think the key thing this season for Wolf's development is to ensure he doesn't have to play in too many games like this one where he'd just be getting shelled constantly. Bad for your confidence.
Also the Miller hit was not dirty. People need to calm down. They could have called boarding I guess but that is just bad luck, most of the time that collision leads to nothing.

Also impressive that it took 4 business days for any commentators to realize why the flames might be upset about the goal counting.

This isn’t a matter of a single issue with this team. It’s a rebuild.. this is what most nights might look like. I don’t think this team has a single star, or even long term coach.
I think we are a couple years away from having some real good players on this team.. maybe longer
