"How will Hurricane Milton impact the Amalie Arena?"
It'll set the building on fire.

Just based on the number of places as potential temporary homes, propbably, since there are more large cities in the U.S. But I don't think they would mind a Canadian city as a temporary place to play.
Keep in mind that it would likely be for 40 or fewer home games. The priority would be to find an NHL quality ice surface in an arena that has some vacancy and is in a city with decent airport access, and with enough hockey fans to cut some of the financial losses with walk-up sales. The biggest issue with Quebec is that the Remparts also play there, which could make scheduling difficult.
This is probably going to be a non-issue anyway. I suspect the chances that there is enough damage to Tampa's arena to prevent them from playing there this season, are low. They may reschedule a few games if they have to is my guess.

I don’t think this is a ‘Saddledome’ scenario, as local/ state building codes do are quite strict for storm surge zones and hurricanes.
While the storm surge may travel up the bay and river it sits on, it is on higher ground, with some ‘natural’ barriers in front.
I think their ability to play is less about the arena, but more about the surrounding area, local infrastructure, and people’s homes.

They fixed the Dome in ~2 weeks after the flood.
Whenever the hurricane is done, I'm betting it will be pretty quick work to get it back to working order. They'll sell it as a rallying point for the city too.

It was closer to 3 months. The flood was in June and I believe the first event at the Dome after the flood was the Eagles concert in early September.

All teams use charters, so commercial access doesn't really matter. Someone mentioned MCO earlier, I think it will either be there, JAX, SAV, or a combination of all three to work around the ECHL.
But hopefully we are speculating about something that doesn't materialize.

Oh gotcha. I probably mistook that for getting Stampede ready in 2 weeks.
Either way, I'm still willing to bet they put siginficant resources to getting it restored for game shape.

The players would not want to play in Canada, let alone Quebec of all places. Especially the ones with families.

Quebec city makes some sense for a few games if they needed it.
It would also mean I would be able to attend some NHL games which would be great hahaha
