Help with a new dog

Your dog does not know "COME", one of the first things you should teach your dog.

One of our friends had a dog like that. When they caught him, they put him on a long rope or leash, and when they said come, they pulled him in, over and over and over, until the dog learned to come without being pulled. Dont know if that would work or not, I would suggest lessons.

Oh, one thing for certain, if your dog does come, always reward them. Never tell your dog to come and have a punishment waiting.

My dog knows "come", and he does "come" but he won't let you touch him. He iether doesn't come close enough for you to touch him, or he runs away as soon as you move towards him.
