Ok just checking
can we talk about shopping there?
I like the way you can use the app to make your items price label flash on the shelf. Very handy when looking for a windshield wiper

Was that you who sold those crumbly tires to Goggles Paesano?

Good article.

One of the things that I’m taking from it is that e=ng in the rink too!

By contrast, another one of our buildings that they really did not want to follow was in Edmonton, because, and I know there’s a funny thing there, but Daryl Katz really wanted bigger volume inside, the building really steps back, there’s not so many overhangs, so you can really get out to the front and you can really see the whole thing. And it was done for some very good reasons. But the Flames wanted a really tight, intimate building, and so they tended to really gravitate closer to Little Caesar’s. That’s probably the one we drew the most inspiration from.
Nice! I read nothing but praise when it comes to Little Caesars.

Square ones between the paragraphs? Those are just ads. Firefox on my iPad wouldn’t load them (even with no ad blocker), but Safari did.

More lower bowl room/volume and less overhangs mean less ability for jersey tosses to hit the ice. And, comfort in being able to sit further from fellow ugly, smelly locals.

Welcome to HOK, let’s sit down and discuss the things you’re hoping to see in your new arena.

Well, we have this situation where fans are constantly throwing their jerseys on the ice so we’d like to find a solution to that. We’ve talked to Gary Bettman and asked about extending the netting all the way around the ice but the league won’t allow it. So next we were thinking about like a sort of military iron dome system where we shoot rockets and take them out mid-air!

That seems like it would have some undesirable risks and consequences. How about we make it so the fans sit such a great distance from the ice that they can’t actually get the jersey thrown far enough to hit the ice.

Fair compromise. Let’s go!

That wasn't me. They don't let me go to meetings. I just listen through the keyhole.
