I'm saying that sadly millions of Americans don't care that they are blatantly being lied to. Daniel Dale's work is awesome and important, but it will sadly be ignored by the people who actually need to see it.

Walz drives an IH Scout with The Cars in the 8 track player. If they don't win do you think we can convince him to move to Alberta?

This is brilliant. They need a way to reach people about policies and in particular how the tried and true Republican voter is going to be particularly hurt by Trump's policies.

I was talking to a friend about just this thing the other day. The Democrats need to find a way to communicate this thing to a voting class that doesn't have the time to try and understand things like tax cuts.

What an impressive VP pick. God, I love him!

If Walz were at the top of the ticket this thing would be over, Dems would be in landslide territory.

Yea he has the charisma and stage presence that Kamala really lacks. I would say that if Trump wins he should be the top pick to run in 2028, but I really don't think there will be another free or fair election if Trump wins. Hell we're already seeing that there might not be a free & fair election this year

Don't forget the white part. A lot of people unfortunately would feel better voting for a white male.

it's why the "Kamala was a DEI hire" BS from Trump is so funny. In reality, the white dude that is Tim Walz is the ultimate DEI hire.

OK I'm starting to side with the people who say polling is worthless... most of these are even from the same day.

Last 2 polls from Wisconsin? Trump +2, Harris +6.

North Carolina? Trump +4, Even, Harris +2.

Michigan? Harris +1, Harris +8.

PA? Even, Harris +5.

WHAT AM I TO BELIEVE

It’s hard, one thing to look at is to look at the same poll and compare it from result to result which will give you a sense of momentum

Polling is for campaign managers. My views on it have evolved to the point where I think it’s an entirely pointless thing for regular people to pay attention to.

It’s like sport stat heads. At a certain point you aren’t even paying attention to anything that actually matters or has anything to do with the point of it all.

Trumpers are so obnoxious and ridiculous I can see people not wanting their homes and business attacked for expressing their pro Harris views...the ballot box is another story

Harris is exactly the same.

She's the candidate now because she was Bidens VP, and Biden needed a VP that wasn't an old white guy.

A lot of people criticized Harris as a VP pick back in 2020 because she was seen as not a great candidate for 2024, and it was fairly easy to predict that Biden would be too old to run.

Sometimes the critics are right. Of course, Harris has turned out to be a better candidate than predicted, and if anything, this election shows everyone that DEI hires are often really competent.

It's hilarious that he keeps doubling down on that. Pretty sure they fact-checked him right to his face at the debate about it.

No.
He does it because he assumes his supporters do not.

I was under the understanding that third trimester abortions were also illegal already, barring mortality issues for the mother.
