Idk to me Eric is always looking to get a clickbait title. Regardless of where Kadri stands we all know Francis was hoping he could quote him asking for a trade camp day 1... even without proof, Francis is a dick when it comes to reporting on the flames in general. Even with when we had the best offensive line, he kept saying we weren't doing enough.

I am not even Kadri and I think the line of questioning is annoying especially for camp.

There is plenty of evidence out there if you look for it. There is plenty in the thread I linked from CP. Let's be honest, if any poster posted what everybody knows you wouldn't have engaged. It is what it is, let's get back to training camp talk.

The funny part is that Kadri literally asks the questioner to pump the brakes on these questions, and then during the Flames talk Steinberg kept on going with the 'happy to play here' stuff and reacted like Kadri was asking media to pump the brakes on a different question altogether.

These guys can't help themselves. I know some of them read this board, so please I'm asking you to just stop with this line of questioning. Or make it clear you're asking the 'do you love calgary yes or no?' question solely for yourself and not on behalf of a curious fanbase.

Obviously it’s day 1 so it could change as early as tomorrow… but I wonder when they’ll try Zary at centre in camp. It could be they’ll give Posposil the first reps at centre with Huberdeau and Mantha and then give Zary a shot. See if either of them look good and if one looks more suited than the other.

I'm loving the tone in these interviews; leadership is having none of the "poor you guys, up and down season" from the media. I like the core group of guys here shepherding the team forward and I like that nobody is curling up and pouting about things.

I did and I linked the thread. I would love to find the original tweet JG's sister made, maybe she deleted it since but it made it pretty obvious what Johnny and his family felt about Eric Francis and how he was trying to drive him out of town. I mean it isn't any secret that many players that have come through Calgary did not like Eric Francis.
